This is Fairyduster. Fairy duster is described as a blueish concrete grey crelly. filled with pink-gold chameleon flakes, red shimmer and fine holographic sparkle.
Unfortunately it was overcast when I photographed this one but there is definitely some sparkle there in real life. The shimmer was absolutely gorgeous in the sun too!
